The winners are determined by the first three rubber ducks to cross the finish line.
Winners will be posted online at https://rubberduckyderby.net/winners on August 7, 2021.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the The Rotary Club of Sidney.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the The Rotary Club of Sidney or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
